Customer will use the Services solely for its intended purpose. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, only Customer-designated employees, contractors and third-party partners are authorized to use the Services (“Customer User”) and Customer must be a Subscription Member when accessing Services through Zartech.net. A “Subscription Member” is an individual who signs-up to use Zartech’s services under Zartech’s user agreement. Customer will ensure that Customer Users comply with the User Agreement when using the Service in a non-personal capacity. Customer may only use the Services for Customer’s internal use. Customer will not provide access to the Services or Assessment to any other third party who is not part of their entity or a third-party vendor of the Customer. Customer will notify Zartech immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of the Services or any other breach of security related to the Services.
This Zartech Subscription Agreement (ZSA) is effective on the date the first ordering document is executed by Customer and Zartech or it’s Third-party channel partner (“Effective Date”) and remains in effect until terminated.
Zartech has the discretion to update this terms of use policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about any change to the terms of use. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this terms of use policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
